-1 tbsp vanilla extract (if your protein powder isn?t vanilla flavoured)
-1 cup of fresh berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, etc)

1. Blend all the above listed ingredients EXCEPT for the fresh berries. Taste the batter- is it sweet enough for you? Add some of your favourite sweetener (honey, agave, maple syrup, coconut sugar, etc) until its sweet enough for you.
