Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix honey and seasonings in a small microwave safe bowl. Heat for 30 seconds in microwave. Stir and pour over almonds in a bowl. Mix until almonds are evenly coated. Spray a small cookie sheet with nocstick spray. Spread almonds on pan. Toast in oven for 12-15 minutes until light golden. Watch carefully while toasting. Cool and enjoy.
