3 cups Whole Grain Oats

Here is how you make Simple and Easy Protein Bars:

Heat Peanut butter and Honey in a microwave safe bowl for 70-90 seconds and then mix in protein powder and oats. Spread mixture into a 9 x 13 pan evenly and put in the refrigerator over night. Cut into squares when your ready to eat them.Serving Size:?I cut it into 18 even sized peices but you can make them smaller as a snack, i used as meal replacment
