Here is how you make Apple Filled Egg Rolls:

Preheat oven to 350.Peel Apples and shred.Place apple shredding in a lg. bowl.Combine Splenda and Cinnamon in a small dish and sprinkle on top of apples.Mix well.Place 1/4 cup of apple mixture in center of egg roll wrap.Take one corner and bring up over the mixture, then fold in the sides.
