Here is how you make Subway Knock-Off Western Egg Sandwich:

In a small skillet, pour the egg white liquid. Cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes, or until cooked all the way through. Slide egg out of pan and allow to cool slightly. Cut in half. Layer egg, 1/4 of the slice of ham, peppers, onions, and salt and pepper on one half of the English muffin. Place in toaster oven and toast until slightly browned.
