Put on 1/2 of cubed cheese, Taco Meat, And scrambled egg... top with remaining cheese cubes. Put on the other tortilla, press down gently and spray top with Pam. Cook about 5 minutes on low until cheese starts to melt and tortilla is golden brown. Carefully flip and cook until bottom is golden brown. Let stand for a couple of minutes. Slice into 4 and serve.
