Here is how you make Cyndi's Lemon Cream Fat Bombs:

Spray silicone mini muffin mold with cooking spray. Mix first 4 ingredients with mixer. Heat 15 seconds of needed to make mixture pourable, then mix again and pour or spoon about a teaspoon in the bottom in each muffin space. Place on a small pan or cutting board and place in freezer.Do not heat the remaining 5 ingredients. Place in bowl (same one is fine) and mix til blended and fluffy. Taste add more sweetener if needed. When mixed remove muffin mold from freezer and fill cups with fluffy lemon mixture. They will be piled high, not flat. If you prefer a smaller fat bomb, half the filling ingredients.
