How Do I Make Fat Free Candies?

Here is how you make Fat Free Candies:

Pre-heat oven to 225 degrees. In a bowl, beat the 2 egg whites until they are foamy. Add the Salt and Cream of Tarter and beat until Soft Peaks form. If you want to add food coloring you can do this now. Gradually add the sugar though out a 7 min period, until Stiff peaks form.Cover a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Put the contents of your mixture into a large plastic baggie, make sure to get all the air out. Then snip a bottom end of the bag so you can squeeze the mixture onto the cookie sheet. Candies should be about the size of a quarter to a half dollar. After you are done squeezing you can add sprinkles to make them look fun.Then you cook the candies for 1 hour. After the candies are done cooking make sure to let sit in the over with it craked for 15 min. (This is a very important step.)
