How Do I Make Lower Fat Granola?

Here is how you make Lower Fat Granola:

In a large oven proof skillet or 9"x13" baking pan, melt 1/4 cup butter, then stir in 1/4 cup honey. Add 3 cups rolled oats, 1 cup shredded or flaked coconut, 1 cup sunflower seeds and 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon. Toss together with the honey and butter mixture and bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 15 minutes, stirring several times during the baking period. Then stir in 1/2 cup wheat germ and bake an additional 10 minutes or until the mixture is lightly browned. Remove from the oven and stir in 2/3 cup raisins.
