Add vanilla & maple extractsIn another bowl - mix everything else, except raisins. Pour on sugar mixture & mix until oats are wet & stick together. I added a tad more maple syrup to make it more wet but my coconut was really fine & powdery. I also added some cinnamon. Bake at 350 - when almost done, add raisins. The granola burns easily - watch it closely.
