* *Quaker Oats 100% Natural Whole Grain oatmeal, 9 cup

How Do I Make Super Low-Fat Granola?

Here is how you make Super Low-Fat Granola:

Mix sugar, water & salt in sauce pan & heat until sugar is dissolved. Add vanilla & maple extractsIn another bowl - mix everything else, except raisins. Pour on sugar mixture & mix until oats are wet & stick together. I added a tad more maple syrup to make it more wet but my coconut was really fine & powdery. I also added some cinnamon. Bake at 350 - when almost done, add raisins. The granola burns easily - watch it closely. It will be soft when comes out of oven but will stiffen when cools.Serving Size:?Makes 18 1/2-cup servings
