1T nutmeg
1t salt
2 oz banana chips, crumbled
1 3/4 oz dried apricots
2 3/4 oz dried cherries
2 1/2 oz golden raisins
2 oz dried pineapple rings
2 oz crystallized ginger
9T dried coconut flakes
1/2 c roasted salted sunflower seeds
1/2 c pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
1/2 c slivered almonds

Here is how you make Honey Fruit Trail Mix:

Combine honey, canola oil and vanilla. In large mixing bowl, combine oats, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Pour honey mixture over oats. Stir well to coat all oats.Spread on cookie sheet in an even layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, stirring at least once. Remove from oven and let cool completely.In large bowl, combine all remaining ingredients, chopping larger pieces of dried fruits.
