Here is how you make Mixed Fruit Meal or Snack:

This is very simple. Prepare your fruit as you wish. (sliced, diced etc.) Place all together into a bowl large enough to prepare and toss. (reserve pineapple juice and coconut) Once all fruit is into bowl add pineapple juice (it keeps the banana,s from turning brown and adds a nice flavor). Toss fruit and juice top with shredded coconut.
