Note: Calories are calculated using coconut oil, ground almonds, 1/2 cup chopped pecans and raisins. When I made them, I used an ice cream scoop to measure portions onto the tray. They turned into very flat cookies while baking instead of biscuits. I will try pressing them into balls next time. Coconut flour may help, too.Mix peanut butter, honey, coconut oil and salt together.Stir in ground almonds/coconut flour and mix thoroughly. With your hands, work in flaked coconut, nuts, and raisins.Roll mixture into balls, place on a greased tray.Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
