10 10-inch flour tortillas

Here is how you make Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips:

Based on 20 servings and 1/2 cup of cinnamon sugar. Cooking time is for each pan of chips--I used 5 pans in 2 ovens.In large bowl, thoroughly mix fruit, brown sugar and preserves. Cover and chill at least 15 minutes.Preheat over to 350 degrees.Coat one side of each flour tortialla with butter flavored cooking spray. Cut into wedges and arrange in single layer on large baking sheet. Sprinkle wedges with desired amount of cinnamon sugar. Spray again with cooking spray.Bake in preheated oven 8 to 10 minutes.
