This is a revamp of a granola recipe that I found, but there were a bunch of funky ingredients that were either too expensive for me or just felt like over kill of a great idea. I just simplified it to stuff that I would normally have lying around in my cupboard.

2.5 Cup Oats
1 Cup Chopped Nuts (I used roasted almonds with sea salt)
1 Cup Coconut
1 Cup Dried Fruit (I used apricots, apple, mango, and craisen and cut them with scissors)

Here is how you make Stephanie's Granola Delight:

1. Mix all dry ingredients2. Heat butter, peanut butter, and honey until butter is melted and peanut butter is smooth.3. Combine rest of ingredients and fold with a wooden spoon until golden brown (2-3 min)4. Spread evenly on baking sheet and bake at 250 for 15 min, then stir and bake another 15 min.
