1/4 C golden flax seeds

1/4 C each – cranberries, raisins and pumpkin seeds
1 tsp of cocoa (optional)

Here is how you make Apricot Granola Bars:

Preheat oven to 350 °F. Heat butter in saucepan on the stove top, then add brown sugar, mix until sugar melts. Then add honey (and cocoa optional). Mix together on low heat. Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl. Add warm liquid mixture to dry ingredients in a bowl. Mix together. Press mixture firmly into lightly oiled baking dish (9X9).
