Remove from heat and stir in butter, brown sugar & vanilla, one at a time. In VERY large bowl pour Craklin' Oat Bran cereal and crush into smaller pieces (potato masher works well for this). Add and combine remaining dry ingredients. Pour sauce over dry ingredients and stir together. Place in jelly roll pan, lined with parchment paper. Place another sheet of parchment paper over the top and flatten granola with rolling pin. Place in freezer until set.
