3 cups (dry) quick cook oats
1/2 cup flaxseed, ground
1/2 cup wheat germ
7 tablespoons honey
3 teaspoons packed brown sugar
1/4 cup butter

Mix dry ingredients together. Melt butter, brown sugar and honey on the stove. Once melted pour over dry ingredients and spread on a cookie sheet (with edges). Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes.

May add cinnamon to dry ingredients before mixing with honey mixture. Serve with yogurt and fresh fruit.
