Here is how you make PB Granola Bars:

preheat oven to 325Melt the butter in a skillet or sauce pan, one large enough to fit all of the ingredients.Add the sugar and the peanuts and cook until the sugar is melted.Add peanut butter and allow it to melt.Add the oats, coconut, and honey.Cook until all the ingredients are well mixed, this only takes a few minutes of stirring.Transfer to a large cookies sheet, I have found it easier to remove if you line the pan with foil and coat with non stick cooking spray.Cook for 15-20 minutes at 325, or until brown on top.
