Here is how you make Tennessee Granola:

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, and wheat germ. Combine honey, margarine, and cinnamon, and add to dry ingredients stirring until well mixed. Mix the vanilla and water, and add to the oat mixture slowly, mixing until crumbly. Pour mixture into a 15 by 8-inch baking sheet. Bake for 40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Turn oven off, leave the oven door ajar, and allow the granola to cool in the oven. This makes about sixteen 1/2 cup servings.
