Pour in the cereal mixure and spread it evenly with the spoon. Press down all over. Bake for about an hour until pale golden if you like them chey, dark golden if you prefer them crunchy.When it comes out of the oven score into 16 pieces, leave to cool in the tin, cut again along scored lines, turn upside down onto a cooling tray and gently peel off silicone paper.
