Here is how you make Choco-Coco-Cran Granola:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.If using raw coconut, shred it using a grater.Combine coconut, oats, flax seeds, almonds, brown sugar, honey, cinnamon, and vanilla and spread on non stick baking sheet. (You may spray the sheet lightly with cooking spray if you wish.)Toast mixture in oven for 45-60 mins, depending on desired crunch/toastiness.Remove from oven and add in cranberries and chocolate chips while warm.Toss ingredients lightly so that chocolate chips melt and ingredients form small clusters.
