2 C. mixed dried fruit (small pieces)

1/3 C. dark chocolate chips

Here is how you make Steph's Granola Bars:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line a 8-by-8-inch pan with aluminum foil. Coat foil with cooking spray. Set pan aside.In a large bowl, combine oats, flours, ground flax seed, Grap-Nuts, ginger, and sunflower seeds. Add egg, applesause, honey, brown sugar, and oil. Mix well. Stir in fruit, walnuts, and chocolate chips. Spread mixture evenly in the prepared pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Use the foil to lift the cooked granola from the pan.
