Here is how you make Cinnamon Walnut Granola:

Mix oats, cereal, walnuts, and flax seed meal in a large bowl. In a smaller bowl, mix the oil, honey, brown sugar and cinnamon. Heat this mixture for a couple minutes in the microwave until it begins to bubble. Stir in vanilla, then add syrup mixture to dry ingredients. Mix well and spread onto two rimmed cookie sheets. Bake at 275 degrees for 15 minutes, stir, then bake another 15 minutes, or until oats are toasted.
