This is my own version of my me loved Blue Menu Granola Boost, sans ingredients artificiaux! It has far fewer ingredients than the store bought kind, is just as tasty and it's simple to make! Heat until creamy and slightly bubbly and pour over oats. Mix thoroughly and spoon into a thin layer on a lined or greased cookie sheet and bake at 325F for 40-45 minutes (or until granola is dry and crisp,) stirring occasionally. Cool and enjoy with fruit, yogurt or alone!
