1 cup, whole Almonds
1 cup pieces or chips Walnuts
4 tbsp Coconut Oil
5 tbsp Maple Syrup
1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
0.5 tsp Cardamon (by 2BG2FT)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Here is how you make Coconutty Granola:

Chop nuts and put in a big bowl with oats. Mix remaining ingredients in a microwave save bowl and microwave for about 30 seconds or until oil is melted. Mix well and add to oat mixture. Stir until all the oats are coated. Spray a cookie sheet with PAM and pour oat mixture on the pan, spread evenly. Bake at 300 degrees until crispy about 30 minutes.
