Here is how you make Kristin's Granola:

Preheat oven to 250 and line two baking sheets with parchment paper or foil.Mix the first five ingredients in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, combine the sugar, water, vanilla, and cinnamon; microwave for about 30 seconds and stir. Then pour the liquid over the dry mixture and stir well.Divide the granola between the two pans' spread the granola out as much as possible.Bake at 250 for 40 minutes stir halfway through.Let it cool and store in an airtight container.Serving size is a 1/2 cup.Number of Servings: 12Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user KAUGOMU.
