I wanted to make something healthy for my kids without alot of extra :junk". These are so yummy they really didn't last through the night!!! They are a little fluffy, hence the cookie in the title and you can adjust that texture by not adding as much applesauce. I just wanted a little extra sweet!

Here is how you make Granola Cookie Bars:

Preheat oven to 325. Mix All ingredients until smooth. If there is anything extra you want to add such as chocolate chips, nuts, etc do it now. Spread in a 9x13 greased pan. (Pam spray will do the trick and not add any extra fat/cals) Bake for 20 mins and then remove and cool for at least 15 mins. Cut into bars.
