What Are The Ingredients For Healthy Crunchy Granola Recipe?The ingredients for Healthy Crunchy Granola are: 2 cups oatmeal1/4 cup honey 1/4 t. cinnamon 1 cup raw nuts 1/2 cup dried fruit (cut into bite-sized pieces, if necessary) How Do I Make Healthy Crunchy Granola?Here is how you make Healthy Crunchy Granola: Pre-heat oven to 165?C/320?F and prepare baking tray by covering with foil, and spraying lightly with oil or non-stick cooking spray.Combine oatmeal and cinnamon in a bowl and set aside.Warm honey in the microwave on low for 1 minute, or until runny. Add to oatmeal and mix until combined.Spread oatmeal mixture onto baking tray and bake for 10 minutes. Stir mixture, then continue baking at 3-5 minute intervals until lightly browned. Remove from oven and cool.Once cool, mix in your choice of raw nuts and dried fruit. Store in an air-tight container.NOTES: I include raw nuts, because they are healthier for you than toasted. Feel free to experiment with the seasoning, nuts and dried fruit!
