Small handful sunflower seeds (optional) How Do I Make Liane's Perfect Granola? Here is how you make Liane's Perfect Granola: Preheat oven to 325 F.In a medium mixing bowl stir together oats, cinnamon and dash of salt.In a seperate bowl wisk together oil, honey, brown sugar and vanilla. Pour over oats and combine with your hands until oats are saturated. To properly coat oats, gather handfuls and form fists with the mixture in your hands, this will help form bigger clumps of granola for some texture.Pour mixture onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Lightly press down while keeping some bigger pieces formed. Bake at 325 F for ten minutes. Remove from oven and gently stir mixture for even cooking. Add almonds, return to oven and bake 5 minutes. Remove, stir gently and add coconut. Bake 10 minutes more. (I know at this point you're probably thinking these instructions sound like the Macaraena dance but it's necessary for even cooking!)Let granola cool completely. Once cool add dried fruit of choice and sunflower seeds, transfer to an airtight container.
