How Do I Make Erin's Honey-Walnut Granola Bars?

Here is how you make Erin's Honey-Walnut Granola Bars:

-Preheat oven to 350 degrees.-Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.-Add all wet ingredients to the dry and mix well.-Pour mixture onto parchment paper and roll out until 1/2" thick all around.-Transfer your mixture (still on the parchment paper!) to a baking sheet.-Bake for 12 minutes, and remove from oven.-Cut granola into 16 equal pieces and seperate them a little.-Put granola bars back into 350 degree oven for another 10 minutes.-Flip granola bars and bake for an additional 10 minutes.YOU CAN BAKE THESE TO YOUR PREFERRED CONSISTENCY (if you want more chewy granola bars then bake less, more crunchy bake longer)-Remove granola bars from oven and let cool on a wire rack.Serves 16.Number of Servings: 16Recipe submitted by SparkPeople user MINIZIMMY.
