How Do I Make Emmaus Granola?

Here is how you make Emmaus Granola:

Combine, oats, your choice of 1/2 cups of nuts and sunflower seeds and salt. Bring to a boil 1 cup of brown sugar, butter, and honey and boil 1 minute. Pour over oatmeal and nuts and stir until well coated. Spread on cooking sheets and bake at 325 degrees for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.
