Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.2. Combine the orange juice, walnut oil and honey in a small saucepan and heat until the honey is dissolved. (This can also be done in the microwave). Remove from the heat and stir in vanilla & almond extracts.3. In a large bowl, combine the All Bran, Oatmeal, Wheat Germ, Walnuts, Nutmeg and Cinnamon. Add the orange juice mixture and toss thoroughly. Spread the granola out in a large baking sheet and place in oven. Toast for 1 hour, stirring the mixture a few times.4.
