The ingredients for Jills Granola are:

1/2 cup of maple syrup
1/2 cup honey
2 tablespoons of canola oil
5 cups rolled oats
3/4 cup roughly chopped almonds
3/4 cup pumpkin or sunflower seeds
3/4 cup roughly chopped dried cranberries or raisins
1/2 cup roughly chopped walnuts or pecans


How Do I Make Jills Granola?

Here is how you make Jills Granola:

Mix and warm the honey, maple syrup and oil. Mix together in a large bowl the remaining ingredients. Mix the warm syrup wit the dry ingredients ensuring you coat everything really well. Line 2 regular baking sheets with parchment paper and spread granola evenly. Bake for 20 minutes in a 275 F. oven. Take out and stir mixture by pushing the sides to the centre and smoothing out again.....bake again for another 20 minutes. Take out and stir again and return to oven for another 10 minutes. Let sit until cooled completely then store in an airtight container.
