In large bowl add 7 cups of Oats -1cup each sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, unsweetened coconut, slivered almonds, flax meal, oat bran, wheat germ. -1TBSP cinnamon. Mix dry ingredients together.
In microwavable bowl Microwave 1 cup of canola oil, 1/2 cup each brown sugar and honey, and 1 tsp vanilla until mixable (1-2 minutes) Add wet ingredients to dry and mix well. Spray large roasting pan with Pam spray; bake @ 300' for 30 minutes stirring every 10 minutes.
Continue to stir as granola cools. Once cool add 1 cup of dry fruit (cranberries, blueberries, raisins or whatever you like)
