Combine well. In saucepan, combine olive oil, honey and peanut butter and heat over medium heat until well combined. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Pour over oat mixture and stir well. Bake in 225 degree oven for 2-3 hours, stirring every half hour. Remove from oven. Let cool. When cool, add raisins and cranberries.
