1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp canola oil
2 Tbsp unsweetened applesauce

3/4 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cups cascadian farm oats & honey granola
1 cup smuckers sugar free raspberry jam

Here is how you make Raspberry-Granola Bars:

Heat oven to 375?F. Coat a 8-inch square pan with cooking spray. In large bowl, beat egg white, margarine, brown sugar, canola oil, applesauce and vanilla with spoon until creamy. Beat in flours, baking powder and baking soda. Stir in granola.Press about two-thirds of the dough in bottom of pan. Spread jam over dough to within 1/2 inch of edges. Crumble remaining one-third of dough on top of the fruit. Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown and set. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
