2 cups crisp rice
1/3 cup unsweetened coconut
1 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup dried blueberries
1/2 cup feeze dried stawberries
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup butter or margarine
1/4 cup almond butter
1/2 cup honey
1 cup brown sugar

Here is how you make HawgWild's Granola Bars:

Combine oats, crisp rice, coconut, nuts, dried fruits and seeds; set aside.Place butter, almond butter, honey and brown sugar in a large pot. Over medium heat stir and combine as the butter melts. When mixture begins to bubble, add dry ingredients and stir well. Cook approximately 7 minutes until mixture is light golden brown, stirring constantly to prevent over-browning. Lower heat if mixture is darkening too quickly. Press into a greased 9x13" pan. press down and allow to cool completely. Cut into bars and wrap individually.Makes 24 bars.
