Heat brown rice syrup, vanilla, sugar, and peanut butter over low to medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently, and then set to low. Be careful because it burns easily. In a large bowl, stir together dry ingredients. Add brown rice syrup mixture to dry mixture and stir very well. Spread into a 9×9 inch baking dish and simply leave at room temperature to harden up.
