Preheat oven to 325f. Mix sugar + spices in small pan and then stir in wet ingredients, then heat/stir till boiling. Mix oats and almonds in big bowl, then pour wet onto dry mixing as you do. Spread out on greased cookie pan, bake for 30 min total, stirring every 10 min.
