Add sugar and honey at the end. Stir and coat all of it, then pour into a greased/floured pan. Press down to make more compact, so that it all sticks together. I use a big spatula. Set oven to 350 degrees, bake about twenty minutes. Cut after cooled down and at room temperature. I am still trying to work out the best way to get them out of the pan! These are SO incredibly heart healthy !
