Combine oats, wheat germ, oat bran, sunflower seeds, almonds, (other nuts - you may want to include) in a large bowl.In a pot combine salt, brown sugar, maple syrup, honey, oil and vanilla. Bring just to boil over medium heat. Pour over dry ingredients and stir to coat. Spread mixture out evenly on a non-stick baking sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for about 30 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Cook until mixture is dry and crunchy. Let cool, then add dried fruit.Serving Size:?Makes about 20 cups.
