Here is how you make Sunflower and Walnut Granola Bars:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Lightly grease a 9x13 pan.In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats, flour, baking soda, vanilla, applesauce, honey & brown sugar. Mix until moist. Stir in the coconut & nuts.Spread & lightly press mixture into the pan. Cook for 20 minutes. Let cool for 10 & cut into 24 bars (do not remove from pan).
