Combine all dry ingredients in a very large baking pan. In a 400 degree oven bake. Stir every 4 minutes for total of 12 minutes. Keep close eye on so it does not burn. Allow to cool.On stove top combine all wet items and stir, cook about 10 minutes on medium heat.In a very large mixing bowl combine oats with sugar mixture.Prepare a 13x8 rectangle pan with wax paper, spray wax paper with spray oil before pouring oat mixture in to it. Spread evenly and press firmly into pan using another piece of wax paper. Allow to sit for 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
