1 tsp Vanilla
10 heaping Tbsp Applesauce
2 Tbsp Honey
2 Tbsp Water, approximately
1/2 - 3/4 cup Dried Fruit/Nut Mix
1 Tbsp Molasses
3 Scoops Whey Protein Powder (we use Body Fortress)
