What Are The Ingredients For Guacamole - indianised version Recipe?The ingredients for Guacamole - indianised version are: 1. 1 medium ripe avocado2. 5 cloves garlic (or less if you are not a garlic lover :)) 3. 2 tbsp pain whole milk yogurt 4. 1-1.5 tsp extra virgin olive oil 5. 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper (actually i used a half half mixture of a combination called all spice pepper and black pepper) 6. 1/2 tsp salt (we tend to enjoy salty food so please reduce the quantity per your taste) 7. 3 tbs fresh cilantro (you can replace it with herbs at your choice) - finely chopped 8. 3 medium size raw green chilies, 1 chili is 2 inches long (again the Indian taste is on the higher side when it come to spice, so please adjusted to your liking or forget about it) - finely chopped 9. the juice of 1/2 small lime = about 1 tbsp lime juice (adjust upon your taste) Optional: 1. You can add finely chopped, peeled and "seedless" tomatoes (2 tbsp) 2. the choice of spice is yours. I went for black pepper because is safe and universally accepted :) How Do I Make Guacamole - indianised version?Here is how you make Guacamole - indianised version: 1. In a grinder / mixer / food processor, grind together garlic, pepper, salt olive oil till it becomes smooth paste. Added to the 2 tbsp yogurt and mix well.2. If the avocado is well or too ripe smash it manually and when it reached the desired consistency add the yogurt garlic sauce. If it is almost ripe, process it in the grinder for 20-30 seconds add the yogurt sauce and process again for maximum 5 seconds.3. Move the almost done guacamole in a ball and add finely chopped cilantro, lime juice and green chili to it. Give it a good stir and enjoy it. 4. If not consumed immediately cover it with cling film and refrigerate for maximum 24 hours (after this time the savor and color is changing).
