1 Cup Natural Peanut Butter (Dry Roasted Ground Peanuts)
2/3 cup Honey
1 Cup coconut flake, unsweetened (by FOODISGOOD4YOU)
1/2 cup Sesame Seeds
1/2 cup Wheat germ, crude
1 cup Flaxseed
1/2 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips
2 tsp Vanilla Extract


How Do I Make Homemade Energy Bites?

Here is how you make Homemade Energy Bites:

Mix all ingredients together. Roll into balls. To freeze: Place balls on a cookie sheet and freeze for one to two hours. Remove from cookies sheet and place in an airtight zip lock freezer bag.To Serve: Remove desired number of balls and thaw at room temperature for 15 to 30 minutes. Can also warm for 30 seconds in microwave. Makes around 3 dozen bites if you make small balls, 2 bites per serving. I make them into large balls, with one ball per serving.
