Combine all ingredients except salt in a bowl and roast almonds in a 350* oven for 15-20 minutes. Let cool for a few minutes and place in a food processor. Grind until smooth (about 10 minutes), scraping sides as needed. The AB should start to clump up or even form a ball. When this happens add in 1 tsp salt and continue to grind.
