Here is how you make Homemade KIND bars:

Place all nuts and coconut on a baking sheet. Toast for about 7 minutes at 350 degrees, stirring once or twice during the 7 minutes. Make sure coconut doesn't burn.Combine oats, cereal, chia seeds, and butterscotch chips in a large mixing bowl. Set aside.Combine maple almond butter and corn syrup in a pan on stove. Heat to 240 degrees or between soft ball and hard ball on candy thermometer. Stirring often.Mix dry ingredients and nuts/coconut.Line 9X13 pan with foil or paper for easy removal and clean up. May use coconut oil to grease the pan.Put dry ingredients in pan. Pour liquid mixture over and stir thoroughly. Evenly spread in pan and press down firmly.Let pan cool about 20 minutes.While pan is cooling, put semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1 tbsp. almond milk in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave about 20 seconds at a time and stir thoroughly until smooth. Use a little more almond milk if needed.Pour ganache over the bars and let set.
