Here is how you make Homemade Larabars:

Have 4 pieces of plastic wrap ready to form and wrap the bars (trust me, sticky fingers will be coming).Place dates and cranberries in food processor and process until thick paste is formed (will pull away from bowl and form ball). Remove to small bowl.Place almonds in food processor (no need to clean the bowl) and process until finely chopped. Add to the bowl with the fruit mixture.Add the cinnamon and ginger to the bowl and using your hands (it's fun, don't be girlie and say you can't combine this with your hands) and thoroughly combine the fruit and nut mixture.Divide into 4 equal pieces and place on individual plastic wrap pieces. Shape each by rolling into a log and then pressing into a bar shape. Form the plastic wrap around the bars and continue shaping the bar.
